1) What all needed to purchase from your site?
Answer: Only phone no and Email id is needed to make a purchase online. You can create an account or you may directly purchase through guest login.

2) Why should I register for it?
Answer : If you do not register then we will be unable to record your progress. It will be a convenient and transparent way to track and have a proper record of your purchases with us.

3) How do I know my order has been confirmed?
Answer: Once your order is placed and confirmed, you will see a confirmation page displaying a unique Order ID, shipping address with the estimated date of delivery. In addition, you will receive an email & SMS confirming your order details. Also, if you place COD order then you may receive a COD confirmation call from our executive to ensure the dispatch of your COD order on time.

4) How do I check the current status of my orders?
Answer: You can review the status of your orders and other related information in the 'My Account' section. In the My Account page, click on the 'My Orders' link to view the status of the orders you have placed with us. To view the status of a specific order, click on the "Detail" option on the particular order.

5) How can I cancel my order?
Answer: To cancel your order, Click My Orders> Change Order>Cancel Order>Click on the X sign beside the particular order>Select Reason for Cancellation>Confirm Order Changes>Yes.

7) What are the Cancellation Policy?
Answer: Customer cancellation:
The customer can cancel the order for the product directly by logging in account till we ship it. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
After shipping if a customer still doesn’t need the product he/she may refuse to accept it from the courier partner and we will initiate a refund after the product is received by us.
Other cancellations:
We also reserve the right to cancel any orders that our courier partners are unable to accept and service due to certain reasons.
Some other situations that may result in your order being cancelled include non-availability of the product or quantities ordered by you or errors in pricing information specified by our partners.
