Payment Methods

Payment methods available are Bank Transfer and Cash on Delivery.
Full parcel cannot be delivered against failure in payment.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery charges for order against 10000 Yen and above are free all over Japan.
Delivery will be done within three working days and notification will be sent from company by message or mail with delivery dates.
Delivery charge for Jewellery is free all over Japan.
Delivery charge until 3 kg rate is 570 yen and for 5 kg is 800 Yen all over Japan. And above weight charges per box will be 1250 Yen all over Japan.
Delivery from company Saitama to Kyusu, Hokkaido and Okinawa additional charges will be applied above 1250 Yen.

Refund Policies

Items broken or any damage refund can be done only delivery of three days after that no refund will be allowed. Box open or item damaged will not be refunded. Any refund under applicable law will be processed.

Order Cancellation Policies

Before 4:00 PM cancellation of any order placed should be cancelled by phone & mail on the same working day. If order is placed on holiday cancellation is to be made on next working day. It is the responsibility of the customer to receive the package with full payment, once order is dispatched. Cost to shipment and handling has to be borne by the customer, once order is cancelled after the above mentioned timeframe and package has been dispatched from warehouse.
